Hive Works does not sell bees or queen's. Please consult https://aussieapiaristsonline.net/ for breeders in your area. 

Does Hive Works have a store?

You are welcome to visit the warehouse during listed opening hours at Unit 4, 27 Ellemsea Cct, Lonsdale, SA 5160

Please note that Hive Works is not an information or training centre. While we are happy to discuss options and products with you, we are unable to provide personalised advice or beekeeping information, so please do your research before you visit us.

How do I purchase products from you?

You can visit us during opening hours or order online. Local customers can use our click and collect service to pickup their orders during opening hours or Adelaide metro delivery.

I’m looking for a particular product. How do I know if you have it?

All of our products can be found on our online store. If something isn’t listed, we don’t stock it.

You seem to have sold out of a product I’m looking to purchase. Can you contact me when it’s available?

Sorry, we don’t have waiting lists for products and are unable to provide individual responses for when (or if) products will be available again. You can enter your email address on the product page to receive an email notification when that product becomes available again.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All online orders are processed during warehouse operating hours only.

Hive Works is unable to provide individual ETA's for orders, but most orders are received, processed, shipped and received by the customer within 3 to 14 days.

Please consult your tracking email for delivery timeframes. 

Can you express ship my order?

No, sorry. All shipping is via regular Australia Post or courier services. Express services are not available.
